Terms & Conditions – Winslow Thermal Imaging LLC

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Winslow Thermal Imaging LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers in Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas. By scheduling or accepting services, you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

Winslow Thermal Imaging LLC provides services including, but not limited to:

• Wildlife removal and exclusion

• Dead animal removal and sanitation

• Attic and crawl space inspections

• Thermal imaging inspections

• WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) inspections where applicable

All services are performed based on conditions observed at the time of inspection.

Estimates & Scope of Work

• All estimates are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection

• Hidden damage, contamination, or additional issues may result in additional charges

• A detailed scope of work will be provided before service begins whenever possible

Payment Terms

• Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice

• Deposits may be required prior to scheduling certain services

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling

• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee

Access to Property

• The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to service areas

• This includes access to attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and exterior areas

• We are not responsible for delays or limitations caused by restricted access

Wildlife & Environmental Factors

Wildlife behavior is unpredictable. While we use professional, humane methods, we cannot guarantee immediate or permanent removal in all situations due to factors outside our control, including:

• Animal behavior and movement

• Weather conditions

• Structural limitations

Services are performed in accordance with applicable regulations through the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Service Guarantee & Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work and offer a service guarantee based on conditions observed at the time of service.

Eligible services may include a written workmanship warranty, which:

• Covers workmanship on repairs and exclusion work performed

• Applies only to areas serviced and documented

• Does not cover new entry points, new wildlife activity, or damage occurring after service

Full warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

3-Year Exterior Follow-Up Program

For qualifying exclusion projects, we may offer a 3-year exterior follow-up inspection program, which includes:

• Exterior inspections at 3–6 month intervals

• Monitoring of repaired or sealed areas

This program is limited to inspection and monitoring. Repairs or new issues identified may require additional services and charges.

Sanitation & Biohazard Disclaimer

Dead animal removal and sanitation may involve biohazard conditions, including bacteria, parasites, and contamination. While we follow proper sanitation practices, complete restoration may require:

• Removal of materials (insulation, etc.)

• Additional repairs by qualified contractors

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winslow Thermal Imaging LLC shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Hidden conditions not visible at time of inspection

• Secondary damage caused by wildlife

• Delays or limitations due to access or environmental conditions

Use of Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging is a non-invasive diagnostic tool used to assist in identifying potential issues. It does not guarantee detection of all conditions or wildlife activity.

Property Damage & Repairs

While we take care to minimize impact, certain services (such as accessing walls, crawl spaces, or insulation removal) may involve minor, necessary disturbance. We will communicate expected impacts prior to service when possible.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
